I bought an app on my IPad and I want to have it on my iPhone as well. What should I do?

If your iPad and iPhone are logged in to the same Apple ID just go to the app store on the iPhone, tap on your icon in the upper right, then Purchased and you should be able to install it, unless the app provider considers an iPad app and an iPhone app to be different versions.
