That black vertical line in control centers when using dark mode on ios 14.3 is normal or need contact to service centers ?

Af first I couldn't see anything that you mentioned (Vertical Line) then I saw the dark shade to the right where you pointed it out. It is normal. It is the result of the blurred effect caused form the home screen behind it. See the screen shot from my iPhone below:
