i have ipad 2 how do i eliminate activation lock because i forgot apple id and password

I Have an ipad 2 cannot get in due to activation lock and i lost my apple id and password can i bypass

There is no way to bypass Activation Lock which is a theft prevention feature. Perhaps these links may help...
