I was charged $22.99 on my credit card from apple.com/bi today. I have not purchased anything. What is this charge for?

If you reviewed If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support, and none of those examples applies, it doesn't make any difference what is being charged, the charge is fraudulent, and should be reported to your card provider.
