How do you exit beta software program?

You need to disenroll in the Software Update system prefs. Click on the Details button underneath the beta program statement on the left side of the preference pane.

When the released version of whatever you have installed shows up in Software Update, you should be able to install that.

If you need to remove the beta software that is currently installed without waiting for the released version, you will have to erase you drive and restore from a backup you made while you had a released software version installed. But, as dialabrain stated, the next release is likely to drop pretty soon.

You sign out from the program by clicking System Preferences > Software Update > Details. You do not want to downgrade to 11.0.1. It would be pointless since the release of 11.1 is imminent.
