It looks like you might have a Bluetooth problem also. That indicates failure of the multi-function radio chip in the phone. Try restarting the phone, then go to Settings/Wi-Fi and Settings/Bluetooth. If neither turns on you need to get the phone repaired.

Looks like you do not have a router nearby.
