Unpairing of Apple Watch, with a broken iPhone screen

My iPhone screen broke a while ago and when I replaced it I never paired my Apple Watch with the new phone. I’m now giving the watch away but due to broken screen I cannot click the button to impair the watch. Any ideas tips or hints will be great.

thanks
