Will Apple please send me a manual for my Apple Watch?

I inherited my daughter-in-law’s Apple Watch when he got a new one - she got his resulting in I’m now sporting a watch I know nothing about! I am old and only have a mini iPad and an iPhone so I’d like a hard copy manual to read! PLEASE!
