My Macbook Pro keeps randomly beeping

My 2020 Macbook Pro continues to make beeping sounds, usually 2-3 low beeping tones. I get no notifications so I have no idea what it indicating and what I'm supposed to do.

The # of beeps don't seem to be the same all the time. I did a PRAM reset as advised in discussion boards and by the Apple support person I spoke with but the beeps are still there. Sometimes it's 2 beeps, pause, 1 beep and some times it repeats a second time. Then I will go for hours without any beeps before they arise again.
