I bought a brand new iphone 12 max pro 512 Gb unblocked From the Apple store and when I turned the phone on it’s showing the hello in different languages then when I swipe it’s asking me to put a passcode on a brand new that don’t have one yet

Take it back to the Apple Store and get it resolved. There is a procedure to reset the device's passcode however that will just put you through the troubleshooting phase on a brand new iPhone. Take it back is my recommendation to you.
