Why do I have a green dot in the LOWER RIGHT hand corner of my iPhone screen. It is NOT the green/orange icons at the top that are new for camera/mic being on. It is larger, in the lower right hand corner. It showed up after the 14.2 upgrade. I have an iphone 11. Something has also been draining my battery since the 14.1 upgrade. Is this related?

Thanks for the post! It looks like you have a question about a green dot that's appearing in the lower right corner of your display. We'd like to look into this with you.
Does it appear constantly, or does it come and go?
Have you noticed if it appears when you've been using a particular app? Generally speaking, you would only need to force-close apps if they are unresponsive, but closing apps one at a time and checking to see if the dot disappears may help to narrow this down: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If that doesn't help, try to Restart your iPhone. Does it return after? Let us know. Also, let us know if you're using an Apple Watch with your iPhone!

It is constant. It is on even if I have
forced all apps closed and I just restarted again and it Is still there. it never changes position, color or size.
Battery is also no longer lasting a full day since the update. I used to be able to go almost 2 days and now i can barely get through one.
Did you take the photo that you are using for Wallpaper yourself? If you go back to your Photos, check to see if that spot exists on the actual photo, not just the wallpaper. It looks like an artifact.
Interesting. So I did take the photo myself and have had it as my background since June 2019 with no green dot. Once I updated, green dot appeared. Found original picture, no green dot on it. However, replaced background with new image and green dot is gone.

Change the background screen on your iPhone and see if it goes away.
If you go to Settings>Battery>look at the list of apps and see what is using the highest percentage of battery. Start troubleshooting there.
The same green Dot appeared on my iPhone 11 Pro Max this afternoon. It doesn’t appear on screenshots funny enough
