iPhone 12 mini unresponsive at Lock Screen

I have the same issue, live chat told me to do the software update but its still the same, i believe i have to take it into a store now to be replaced. The torch button doesnt work at all and typing in my pin doesnt always register key touches. Common issue accross most of the phones i believe

Are you using a screen protector and a case?? If so. take one or the other off. This is a known problem from other users and

this seems to be a temporary solution.

I having the same problem! Taking 50 dollar apple case off or the 50 dollar zagg glass screen protector off is a hard no. Leave my phone unprotected! Why I did i pay 750 dollars for this phone?

got used to the smaller screen. I am loving the size barely tell it is in my pocket! I always felt my old XR was to big.
