Hey there Mano23Doray,
We understand you've been unable to update your iPhone using a computer. You see error 4000. We'll be happy to help.
First, make sure your iPhone is unlocked when trying to update.
If it still happens, take a few moments to go through the steps here: If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

However, if it still occurs, it would be best to reach out to Apple Support directly. Use this link: Get Support
We hope this helps. Cheers!

Latest iTunes bug. Go to Settings > Display&Brightness and set Auto-lock to Never, then keep device unlocked until the update starts. If won't help, remove the passcode and try again.
