erase disk on macbook pro
how do i restart the computer if I didn't indicate a start up disk? I guess I skipped an instruction so now when I restart I get the folder with the question mark.

If you installed an OS, press Option, select the internal drive, and then set it in the Startup Disk pane of System Preferences. If not, restart with the Command and R keys held down and install the OS from there.

thanks for the response, but i don't get a "select internal drive" option
it goes to the internet recovery and the globe
