FCPX new Social titles bug 10.4.9?

Can anyone duplicate this with the new social title templates in 10.4.9? When you change the font it will reset to the default font if you copy and paste the title and when close FCP and reopen. This seems to only be happen on the new Social templates. I duplicated this issue by making a copy of the template in Motion and adding in my own templates. Still happens. Doesn't not occur with other title templates.

Tried the normal stuff... a reboot, new library, project, reset preferences.

As for the set of titles: they are hard rigged to specific fonts. You cannot change the fonts - every time the title is "refreshed" (copy/paste, reload, etc.) the rigged font values will be reset.

If you have Motion, you can try to go into the Title Style rig, find the Title.Style.Font parameter, right click on it and Remove from Widget Title Style.

Some of these titles are designed to change font with parameter changes. For example, the Lower Third News template changes font between the News Yellow and News Red Style options (changing weights is the same as changing fonts). If you're willing to make that change, then this solution will work for your ability to change the font, copy and paste the title and retain your font choice, and it should stay set to your font choice when you restart.
