What's error 4000 when I update I phone 11?

It’s not a documented error, but it means that iTunes (or Finder in Mac OS Catalina) lost the connection to your phone during the update process. This can be an unstable USB connection, an out of date version of iTunes, or the phone locked while the update was in progress. So the first thing to do is to keep your phone unlocked and unlock it if it locks while the update is in progress.
