I have a 6 but it doesn’t show this update as available.

I have a 6+ and it showed to be upgradable to 14, but it showed 12.4.8 as current. Can I upgrade to 14? If so how?

iOS 12.4.8 is the highest possible iOS for an iPhone 6 Plus.
