I still really love the simplicity and size of my ipod Shuffle and really like to use it by clipping on to shirt when i workout. I would love to sync it with itunes but the sync process just spins and spins. Device is available in the finder as well as Music app but again the sync just spins. Any suggestions

We see you're having trouble syncing your iPod shuffle with your Mac. It sounds like you're running Catalina so you should be able to sync in Finder. Here's a guide on that process if you need it: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer
Also, have you tried restarting your Mac and your iPod and syncing again to see if the issue persists? We hope this helps.
