SIM not supported
Hi, I am trying to put an existing SIM card my iPhone, however it comes back saying SIM not supported, can you help?

Perhaps that iPhone is locked to a different carrier. Should be this case, only the carrier can unlock that device, if you're eligible. See this support article:--> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support
If you meant something different, please better explain.
