Wifi notification not working

Hi all,

recently I encountered a problem on my phone. I don’t receive any notification on my apps while connected to my home wifi. But whenever its over mobile data it works fine. Is this a software issue?

We understand you're not receiving notifications while connected to Wi-Fi. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

Try the following steps to troubleshoot your notifications: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you continue having issues, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer of your router to make sure ports aren't being blocked: TCP and UDP ports used by Apple software products
