Hello,
I have a $0.32 balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth 0.32$ ?
By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!
