Apps asks me to allow access to camera but there is no option for it in settings.

When I go onto snapchat , Instagram, Facebook it says I need to allow access to camera but their is no option for it in settings. Also my call list and WhatsApp says I have no contacts but when I go on my contacts their all their?

have you looked in settings->privacy->camera

?
