Hello Colin5050,
It seems you need to enable iCloud Music Library on your device. Based on the screenshot provided, it looks like you will need to tap on the 'Join Apple Music' in Settings > Music. Once you join back up you should see the option to enable iCloud Music Library.
Have a great day!
Thanks for your suggestion Courtney, however if I sign up to Apple Music I have to pay monthly for it. I do not want to do that. All I want is to listen to the music I have on my iPhone.
Any other suggestions?
iTunes Match still wants to charge €26/year. I do not want to pay for it. I already own the music and have it on my devices, plus backed up on the cloud.
This problem only arose after I signed up for 3 free months of apple music. Now that I have cancelled my subscription this problem with it telling me that "This account does not have iCloud music enabled" has arisen. The box with this keeps popping up even after I click ok.
The music on my phone was mostly purchased from iTunes and some was synced from my computer.
I want to know how i can clear this and listen to the music I have purchased.
I have iTunes on my laptop and it is working ok from here.
Many thanks Michelle. That sorted it.
