2: There is no way to overcome the restriction other than to be patient. As you spend more time here posting the time limits do relax.

That makes sense, I get why they’re doing it it’s just frustrating as I do really wanna help people as much as I can and I’m having to wait 5-10 minutes between posts.
It is a limit imposed on new users as a spam prevention measure. The limit will be relaxed as you build your reputation.
Yeah, it can be a little frustrating at first, but it does improve with time. Hang in there.
While the limits are more restrictive for new users, it never goes away. Even if you're level 10, you're still limited to a minimum of 30 seconds from your last post before you can do another.
How do I get my posting limits lifted?
