iPhone 11 Pro water damage

My iPhone 11 Pro was in the water for 10 seconds and it was working fine afterwards until now it won’t stop restarting. It keeps turning on and off. What is happening? Isn’t it supposed to be waterproof?

No iPhone is waterproof.

They are water resistant.

Water damage is not covered by any warranty.
