Is it normal for them yo ask to confirm your Apple ID? One of the guys I was speaking to seemed like he had hard time typing and was copying and pasting.

Yes but it seemed pretty weird considering the guy seemed to have problems typing . And how one said they’d email me after the call but didn’t etc.
