why does my phone keeps telling me Im another call?

Why my Iphone 7 doesn't let me hear when having an incoming call or making an ongoing call. I can Received calls but I could not hear the other person on the other end. I try to use whatsapp to make an call but it says I am in another call.

Am not able to make calls or send audio on my iphone 7plus yesterday i was making a call and suddenly i was hearing the person agian, so i switched my phone off and it took a while before it came back.After that am not able to make calls again.i get calls i pick and i dont here anithing,i cant send audio to my whatsapp numbers too.

Phone calls Why can I only hear phone calls made through internet apps? Whenever I receive or make phone calls using my phone number it’s just silent, no ringing or static. I can use Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, FaceTime Video and FaceTime audio to make or receive calls and my IPhone XS works great to make calls both using the phone up on my ear and in speaker mode. My data works great but I can’t hear calls and they can’t hear me.
