How do I fix declined card ?
I don’t understand how my payment is declined if I didn’t buy anything and I paid for storage. How do I fix my declined card so I can download apps ?

When it says the card was declined, it’s almost always your bank that declined it for use on iTunes/App Stores. You will have to contact the bank to find out why.
