My account is disabled in App Store and i tunes

I understand that, but people are repeatedly giving the advice atm to contact support for this issue, and clearly it’s widespread that support is not available which indicates an issue with Apple, so that’s not good advice at the current moment. I’m pointing out that you don’t actually have an answer, it’s not an attack.
