my ipad 2 is disabled and I can't open it

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

You would probably be better off considering the purchase of a new iPad. The iPad 2 is so old that you will find very few apps that still work on it. Apple sells reconditioned newer models at its online store.
