I'm trying to buy something for my friend who lives is Canada from apple store, but my country is not listed at the "billing address" section (my card is from my country) what can i do

Sorry, but you cannot do that. You must have an Apple ID account in the Canadian Apple Store. The credit card must be issued by a Canadian bank or your credit card must be certified for use in Canada by your issuing bank. Last, you need a Canadian billing address.
