Hi Please assist. When I receive an email with an email attachment, I cannot open the attached email On my iPad (6) . The message received is “ message not downloaded from server”. My software is updated. However, when I open the same email via my Android device there’s no problems. My email server is POP3 And IMAP. Any suggestions to fix. Regards Ravvee

Hi, I tried this and it does not work. Still cannot open an attached email. Not downloaded from the server. This seems to be a common problem on IOS. Another friend has the same problem on her iPhone 11. Seems to be a bug on IOS.

Try removing your Mail account from Settings > Passwords & Accounts then re-add it.
