You have provided no information to work with, which model iPhone do you have, what version of iOS are you currently using, are you trying to update over-the-air or connected to your computer, what happens when you try, any error messages?

i just bought a new iPhone and I am going to transfer/link my date to my new iPhone 11 but not possible due to this incomplete pending iOS update process.

If you have an iPhone 6 you cannot update to iOS 13.5.1, it doesn't have enough RAM to run it.
I cannot remember which version but my model is iPhone 6. I never update iOS before, I have the original version.
i have tried to do it many times and it keep saying error, try again later
I off and restart and I am still not able to transfer my Infor data over to new phone, due to this pending install update process.
is there anyway I could do it？
