Activation Lock

Hello im in Zimbabwe and i bought an iphone 6s and when i tried to set it up it displayed an activation lock. I dont know or have a way to contact the previous owner as i found out i need their apple id and password to unlock. Is there anyway i can get help in unlocking it.

Hello Carlton,

No there is no other way to remove the Activation Lock except with the owner's Apple ID and Password..
