I want to setup a new phone but Quick Start isn't appearing so I can't follow the instructions to set up the new phone

Is your current iPhone using iOS 11 or later, near your new one, and on wi-fi?

Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
