my iphone 6s wont update to ios 13 so I can pair with my watch

Just bot a Apple Watch 3 series and can't pair without Ios 13. Software update on iphone 6splus is not allowing the upgrade past ios 12.4 .7. What can I do?

An iphone 6plus wont update any higher than ios12,for ios13 you need an iphone 6s or higher.
