update iphone
My iPhone 6s Plus says there are no more updates available and that I am up to date, but it is currently at iOS 12.4.7 . What shall I do?

If, instead of a model 6s Plus (as you staded), it is a model 6 Plus , it can't support iOS versions beyond 12.4.7, because of hardware incompatibility.
Again, what is the model shown in Settings....?
Giulio
That will confirm that you don’t have a 6s plus.
Check better your iPhone model, going to Settings>General>About>Model Number... and post it here.
Thanks
Giulio
What will that help with?
I have just checked it, and it is my mistake, it is an iPhone 6 Plus
I see now, this is actually the maximum update. Thanks for helping me get to that.

Sorry about that. Now you have the appropriate answer.

Quod erat demonstrandum: it's a model 6 plus - 128GB - Gold (unfortunately not a 6s Plus).

Thank you for the help.
You're welcome.
I'm just sorry I couldn't give you better news... :(
Take care.
