Siri voice on iphone 11

Have a new iPhone 11. Siri responds in print but I can't get Siri to give voice response. Help?

Hi! You cannot get siri to respond with voice?

Go to Settings > Siri & Search > Voice Feedback > Turn Voice Feedback to "Always On"
