iPhone 7 incoming calls

My phone doesn't ring or vibrate on incoming calls. The switch on the side is turned on. I checked in settings but can't see where it would be turned off.

Check Do Not Disturb, and if these calls are from people not in your Contacts, check Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers, and make sure that is off.
