my iphone will not turn on

So my iphone turned off out of nowhere and now I cannot turn it back on. The apple symbol pops up and it flashes green and the screen goes black. It does this over and over it has been going on over an hour now and I have no idea how to fix it. I have tried to reset it, to charge it, I don't know what else to do. Please help!

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.
If none of the above works then please contact ➔ Apple Support
