When i send a group message that includes a non-iPhone user, replies only show in my feed, not the other users...can if change this

When i send a group message that includes one non-iPhone user, replies only show in my feed, not the other users. Can this be changed so everyone receives all replies?

Whomever is having the issue will need to contact their phone carrier MMS is a carrier feature.
