How do I unsubscribe from Apple Music

I have been trying for 2 months to unsubscribe from Apple Music. It appears that I have until the next month and my account gets hit. So I have removed the money from my account and credit card so there is nothing to charge. It would be nice if the company were to contact me and we could do this nicely
