I’m using a logitech triathlon M720 mouse for my ipad pro, but whenever it’s connected, the onscreen keyboard won’t show up. In bluetooth settings, I always get a warning that “using M720 Triathlon may affect Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity”.
Does anyone know what’s wrong with this?

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Is your iPad running iPadOS 13.4 (or later) and is AssistiveTouch enabled? Try disabling AssistiveTouch if it is enabled.
Settings > Accessibility > Touch
iPadOS 13.4 introduced full mouse support which no longer requires the iPad to use AssistiveTouch in order to use a mouse.
Hey there, thanks for the response. I’m running iPadOS 13.5, and Assistive Touch is disabled. Not sure if it’s relevant but I’m using the 2020 iPad Pro, 11 inch.
