iPhone 7 heating issue with iOS 13.5

That's normal using graphic things, streaming, graphic games etc...

i m also facing heating problem with my iphone 7 version 13.6.1 but the main issue is heating iphone left down corner suggest me what to do ? and how can i solve out this problem

Iphone 7 heating up after upgrade to 13.4 , 13.4.1And 13.5 . Till issue exist in all version upgrade. Not able to hold mob in hand.. plz resolve on priority.

I am also facing the same problem , normal scrolling my instagram feed makes my iphone heat up
