Line spacing in Numbers

How do you adjust the line spacing in Numbers?

Numbers Help advises:

Select the text or cell, then click on the Format icon of the sidebar (but there is no sidebar, only at the top with 5 icons in green)
Click on Text > Adjust line spacing (but no new menu appears after clicking on Text).

Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Vertical text in Numbers For some reason, none of methods I've read for making vertical text in a cell seem to be available. Neither Control-click over a cell, nor the Arrange menu, nor the Text submenu under the Format icon leads to an option to turn on vertical text. This is true whether I am trying to format existing text or add text to a new cell. Any suggestions on what the issue is? Steve

Working on text boxes How do you delete or change text boxes in numbers? When I click on the text box I want to work on, the cell in front gets highlighted, but nothing happens to the text box.

Hello,

Numbers does not support line spacing.
