Hi, When am trying to setup Face recognition it’s not setting up. It displays move your iPhone lower or higher. Even though my face is within the frame it displays that message.. I couldn’t setup Face ID for my iPhone.

I have seen some other posts like this. This is the only support document for troubleshooting Face ID. If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support IF that does not help, then you need to contact Apple Support. Get Support
