Have you forgotten the passcode to open to the homescreen? If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Do you need to remove Activation Lock? Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support

Did you forget your password for the Apple ID? If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support


You need to explain how this iPhone is locked.
