has anyone done an iPhone trade in while the Apple stores are currently rly closed? Where will my old device be shipped to in order to receive a credit after they check the condition?

If you’re in the U.S., a third party works with Apple to retrieve and handle your trade. It’s all coordinated when you set everything up using Apple’s website.
