Streaming

Hi,

I am streaming my television from the apple TV,

through the app ComeHem play. FIrst I thought there was something wrong with my internet connection but I called them and there must be something wrong with thr Apple TV due to that I am able to stream youtube and sportyfi.

Anyone who has any tips?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Can you stream anything from Apple’s apps? E.g. trailers.

Do you use the Comhem Play app on the Apple TV, or do you use AirPlay via an iPhone or iPad?

Exactly what is going wrong when you try to stream? Do you get any message?

Try force-closing the misbehaving app. Then re-launch it and try again.
Try deleting the misbehaving app. Then re-download it and try again.
