iPhone locked
My husbands iPhone XR is disabled and it keeps telling him passcode is wrong. How can we get in or reset it without a computer??

you can't, but any computer with itunes installed will do it need not belong to you friend/realative/ public library/ computer store computer would do
If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
